Thursday Evening Rides

 

We run a ride /training session on Thursday evenings for club members during the summer months, from April until September. The sessions will vary from week to week both in terms of their starting point and content, which may be focused on hill work, group riding technique or general fitness, to name just a few. These sessions are aimed at the more experienced rider who wants to work on technique and fitness.

Details of these sessions will be circulated via email and the club FaceBook group, and they are for club members only.
