Welcome to the home of the Frome and District Wheelers. We're a friendly cycling club riding from Trowbridge and Frome focussing mainly on road cycling, running twice-weekly social rides year-round and weekly ten mile time trials between May and September. The time trials are listed under the Club Events section and the social rides are shown below but they're always enjoyable (guaranteed!) and cater for both newcomers to cycling and the fitter amongst you.
We also have an active Facebook group which is always good for up-to-the-minute club information and discussions about anything club-related.
Cycology Bikes in Frome also offer a 10% discount for club members which makes club membership better than free. Chapeau to the team at Cycology!
The first Sunday of each month is always the "precanned" club run, in that the destination is chosen beforehand (below). All other Sunday ride destinations are decided on the day but for First Sunday rides, either meet and go with the group or make your own way. All groups to meet at destination 10.45ish.
STOP PRESS - for the next few weeks (October 2016) the destinations will be trailed on the Facebook page so take a look.
We meet at the Trinity Church roundabout by the skateboard ramps/entrance to train station.
